We just welcomed a new little Brashears into the family. Bryson Thomas Brashears was born December 12 at 9:45 am. He was 7.02 lbs and 19.5 inches long. Here are some cute pictures of him!

Matt is such a proud daddy!

Grandma came to visit Bryson and they both had such a great time :)

Bryson has not had time to be bad so Santa and everyone else is spoiling him this Christmas!
We were able to meet Tom in Florida for a cruise during his R & R. We had a great time and lots of memories. I seem to have some "technical issues" as some pictures are sideways. I wanted to get this out so please forgive me and just look sideways. The dining room was a lot of fun with great food. I think the entertainment
was the best. Austin and Travis were a big hit with their dancing.

Here was the rock walls that we went up.
Believe me they are much higher than you would think.

Matching Brazillian jerseys makes for
instant friends.
We all made friends on this trip!

A great place for fun!

Tom and Julie got to take an airboat ride and
learned that these cattle share the water with
gators. On land the cow wins in the water the
gator does.

We had a few days to ourselves and enjoyed
mini golf, and Kennedy Space Center.

Before the cruise we went to Universal
Studios and Julie has always loved "Lucy"

Here we all are at the Captains Dinner on
our Carribean Cruise 2008

Here the kids get in a refreshing dip after
our kyaking trip.

We went on a rock climbing/rapelling trip.
The kids were much braver than their mom.

It was Matt and Tiffanie's anniversary so
we met them at Brazillian restaurant
(what else would be more appropriate) ?

Thanks for sharing this with us. Leave a
comment as we love to read them.

We finally got some pictures from Tom and we wanted to share them with you. He is working really hard and long hours but what's new. We are all so thankful to you, our friends for your thoughts and prayers for Tom and our family. We are blessed to have you all in our lives.

All strapped in for a flight. Tom gets to have some great adventures.
Getting a chance to visit with a friend from home.
Hungry soldiers on their way to chow.
Tom appears to be waiting for a driver. It looks like a nice day for a ride.
In school: Learning how to use one of his new toys!
Where's waldo?? Can you find Tom in this picture? He has the big smile :)
They held a run on St. Patricks day. Tom decided that the group that works with him would all take part. I don't know if they were all happy but they got these nifty shirts! :)
Here are some of the people that Tom works with. He says that they are a good group of soldiers.
Here is Tom on the flight line. I think this was his first trip up but he was ready to go.

Tom and his friends shortly after he arrives. He said it was absolutly freezing!

Easter

We went to Irvine Park for the annual Wilson family picnic. Leo took me on the train ride and to the playground. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time with all our friends.

Mom, Austin and Nicole at the Wilsons house on Easter

Austin split his chin open during a volleyball drill. He said "I owned that race" and was very brave while getting 6 stitches.
